The secret to perfecting this dish is all in the choice of ingredients. This recipe uses Revolution Barbecue Texas Beef BBQ Rub, a unique blend of spices that gives the beef a bold and zesty flavor. • Flour or corn tortillas

  • Serve the sliced steak and grilled vegetables on warm tortillas, and add your desired toppings. Enjoy!

Notes

One important tip to keep in mind when making grilled beef fajitas with onions and bell peppers is to cook the beef to a medium-rare temperature to maximize its flavor. This will allow the meat to retain its juices and tenderness, resulting in a more succulent and flavorful fajita. To ensure that the beef is cooked to the right temperature, use a meat thermometer and aim for an internal temperature of around 125°F to 130°F before removing it from the grill. Once the beef is cooked to perfection, slice it thinly against the grain and serve it up with the caramelized onions and bell peppers for a meal that’s sure to satisfy.
