Preheat your smoker to 225°F using Hickory or Oak wood
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
Generously coat the chicken wings with the Texas Pete's sauce, making sure to cover them completely.
Sprinkle Revolution Barbecue North Carolina BBQ Rub over the sauce-covered chicken wings, making sure to coat them evenly.
Place the chicken wings in the smoker, and smoke them for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove the wings from the grill.
