Preheat your pellet smoker or charcoal/gas grill to 225°F. If using a charcoal or gas grill, set it up for an offset cooking method, with the charcoal or burner on one side and the chicken on the other side.
Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix together the Revolution Barbecue Blak BBQ seasoning and olive oil. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken wings, making sure to cover them evenly.
Add the wood chips to the smoker or grill. If using a pellet smoker, follow the manufacturer's instructions for adding the wood chips. If using a charcoal or gas grill, wrap the wood chips in aluminum foil and poke a few holes in the top. Place the foil packet directly on top of the hot coals or burner.
Place the chicken wings on the grill grates, making sure they are not touching each other. Close the lid of the smoker or grill and smoke the wings for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, increase the temperature of the smoker or grill to 350°F. If using a charcoal or gas grill, move the chicken wings directly over the hot coals or burner.
Grill the chicken wings for an additional 15-20 minutes, flipping them once halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F.
Serve the smoked and grilled chicken wings with BBQ sauce, if desired. Enjoy!
