  • Preheat your smoker to 275°F.
  • Remove the membrane from the back of each rack of beef back ribs. To do this, start at one end of the rack and use a sharp knife or your fingers to loosen the membrane from the bone. Once you have a good grip on the membrane, pull it off the entire rack. This will help the rub penetrate the meat and result in more tender ribs.
  • Rinse the beef back ribs and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Generously apply the Revolution Barbecue Texas Beef BBQ Rub to both sides of the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
  • Let the ribs sit at room temperature for 30 minutes while you prepare the smoker.
  • Once the smoker is up to temperature, add the wood chips and place the ribs on the smoker.
  • Smoke the ribs for 3-4 hours or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 195°F.
  • Check the ribs periodically and add more wood chips as needed.
  • After the ribs have finished smoking, remove them from the smoker and let them rest for 30 minutes lightly covered on foil.
  • Cut the ribs into individual portions and serve immediately.

Notes
